SUBJECT—Constitution of High Level Steering Committee (HLSC) for implementation of "Strengthening of State Statistical System Project", a component of World Bank funded Odisha State Capability and Resilient Growth Policy Programme.
No. 1260—PC-STC-OSS-0002/2024-P.—A High Level Steering Committee (HLSC) is hereby constituted as per Para. 14 of the approved Detailed Project Report of "Strengthening of State Statistical System Project", a component of World Bank funded Odisha State Capability and Resilient Growth Policy Programme for providing overarching strategy, direction, and oversight to ensure alignment with stated objectives under the Chairpersonship of the Development Commissioner-cum-Additional Chief Secretary, Odisha with following members:—

(i) Development Commissioner-cum-Additional Chief Secretary, . . Chairperson Odisha.
(ii) Secretary to Government, Revenue & Disaster Management . . Member Department.
(iii) Secretary to Government, Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water . . Member Department.
(iv) Secretary to Government, Industries Department

(v) Secretary to Government, Finance Department

(vi) Secretary to Government, Agriculture & Farmer's Empowerment . . Member Department.

Convenor The Chairperson of the HLSC may co-opt any other Secretary of the Government Department or his/her representative as and when required.
3. Terms of Reference (ToR) of the HLSC :
a. To formulate policies, make policy level decisions and review the progress of the project.
b. To consider any proposed major changes in the approved project and decide suitably.
c. To suggest and recommend new methodology/approach for any specific work.
d. The State Level Steering Committee shall meet as and when required.
ORDER—Ordered that the Notification be published in an extraordinary issue of the Odisha Gazette.
