The said declaration has been published in the Extra Ordinary issue of Odisha Gazette No.211 dated 30thJanuary, 2024.
A plan showing the area proposed to be included in the Town Planning Scheme covered by the aforesaid declaration may be seen during office hours on all working days except on Saturdays in the head office of the Authority at Akash Shova Building, Sachivalaya Marg, Bhubaneswar, 751001. Information in respect of title or interest by any person may be having in the lands or buildings covered by the above intended scheme shall be furnished in Form IV enclosed herewith to this Development Authority within two months from the date of first publication of this notice. The proposed scheme shall be known as Town Planning Scheme No. 08/2024.
