NOTICE

By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate, Nimapada on the 13th November 2023, I, Dukhi Parida, W/o Bhagabat Parida of Vill. Badagundi, P.O. Junei, P.S. Konark, Dist. Puri, Odisha declare that, I have changed my surname from "Bhoi" to "Parida''.

Henceforth, I shall be known as Dukhi Parida for all purposes.
