No. 4472(cid:650)RDM-LAC-KNJ-0056/2017-RDM(cid:650)In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 93(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation in Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 the State Government do hereby withdraw total Ac. 0.99dec of private land out of total Ac. 25.67 of land notified by Revenue & Disaster Management Department Notification No. 4433dtd. 02.02.2018 published in extraordinary issue of Odisha Gazette No. 1203dated10.07.2019 for construction of Kanupur Irrigation Project in village- Tukudiha, PS- Baria, Tahasil- Jhumpura under district of Keonjhar as per the land schedule is given below on which possession has not been taken.
