By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate, Hindol on the 9th January 2024, I, Prabir Kumar Pati, S/o Narayan Pati, Vill. Rasol (Mundiapasi), P.O./P.S. Rasol, Dist. Dhenkanal, Odisha declare that, I have changed my name from "Pabir Kumar Pati" to "Prabir Kumar Pati''. Henceforth, I shall be known as Prabir Kumar Pati for all purposes.
