NOTICE

By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Magistrate, Chandabali on the 31st January 2024, I, Subhasmita Samal, Vill/P.O. Orasahi, P.S. Chandabali, Dist. Bhadrak, Odisha declare that, I have changed my name from "Subha Smita Samal" to "Subhasmita Samal''. Henceforth, I shall be known as Subhasmita Samal for all purposes.
