By the virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate, Bhubaneswar on the 29th January 2024, I, Kotesworo Behara, aged about 42 years, S/o Lokanath Behara, resident of Village Gajapati Nagar, Palurgada, Humma, Dist. Ganjam, PIN-761027, Odisha declare that, I have changed my name from "Kotesworobehara" to "Kotesworo Behara''. Henceforth, I shall be known as Kotesworo Behara for all purposes.
