NOTICE
By virtue of an affidavit before Executive Magistrate, Basudevpur on the 5th October 2023, I, Madhusmita Sahoo, aged about 27 years, W/o Sek Raju of Vill./ P.O./P.S. Basudevpur, Dist. Bhadrak of State Odisha, have changed my name from "Madhusmita Sahoo" to "Karishma Bibi''. Henceforth, I shall be known as Karishma Bibi for all purposes.
