NOTICE

By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate, Bhubaneswar on the 13th February 2024, I, Kuntala Moharana, D/o Bauli Moharana, W/o Debabrata Parida, Village Kumbhaka, P.O. Kupari, P.S. Khaira, Dist. Baleswar, Odisha declare that, I have changed my name from Do Bauli Moharana to Kuntala Moharana. Henceforth, I shall be known as Kuntala Moharana for all purposes.
