NOTICE
By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate, Niali on the 7th February 2024, I, Shaik Ruku, S/o Shaik Siddik, Vill. Purbakhanda, P.O./P.S. Niali, Dist. Cuttack, Odisha, represented through my minor son namely Shaik Abdul Khalik, aged about 17 years, D.O.B.- 18th December 2006 declare that, I have changed my son surname from "Shaikh" to "Shaik''. Henceforth, my son shall be known as Shaik Abdul Khalik for all purposes.
SHAIK RUKU
