By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate, Bhubaneswar on the 1st March 2024, I, Dhuli Behera, son of Dharanidhar Behera, resident of Village Kantilo, P.O. Kuha, P.S. Airfield, Bhubaneswar, Dist. Khordha, Odisha, PIN-751002, declare that, I have changed my name from "Nanda Kishor Behera'' to "Dhuli Behera''. Henceforth, I shall be known as Dhuli Behera for all purposes.
