By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public, Talcher on the 31st January 2024, I, Santosa Kumar Pal, staying at Plot No. 107, Prachi Enclave, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar, Dist. Khordha, Odisha-751016, I want to changed my name from "Santosh Kumar Pal'' to "Santosa Kumar Pal''. Henceforth, I shall be known as Santosa Kumar Pal for all purposes.
