EXTRACT OF THE CHAIRMAN AND VICE-CHAIRMAN ELECTION

RESULT HELD ON 07.01.2024

At 12.30.P.M. the election was closed. After closure of election the ballot boxes were opened by Hon'ble Returning Officer in presence of all the Members and Contestants and counting was started very much in presence of all members present including contestant.

Sri Sitanshu Mohan Dwibedy, Advocate, Enrolment No.O-262-1990, Member, Odisha State Bar Council contesting for the post of Chairman secured 18 ballots.

Sri Soura Chandra Mohapatra, Sr. Advocate, Enrolment No.O-238- 1981, Member, Odisha State Bar Council, contesting for the post of Chairman secured 6 ballots. One ballot got rejected.

Sri Sitanshu Mohan Dwibedy, Advocate securing highest numbers of votes is declared to have been elected as Chairman, Odisha State Bar Council.

Sri Rajib Kumar Mohanty, Advocate, Enrolment No.O-2771-1999, Member, Odisha State Bar Council contesting for the post of Vice- Chairman secured 13 ballots.

Sri Pitabash Panda, Advocate, Enrolment No.O-1895-1997, Member, Odisha State Bar Council, contesting for the post of Vice- Chairman secured 12 ballots.

votes is declared to have been elected as Vice-Chairman, Odisha State Bar Council.

Accordingly office is directed to take necessary steps for Gazette Publication of the result of Chairman and Vice-Chairman.
