By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate, Cuttack on the 28th February 2024, I, Rani Kinner, D/o Md Rafique, Add. : Tala Telenga Bazar, Rahasbihari Math Lane, Dist. Cuttack, have changed my name from "Rani Kinner " to "Shahina Hussain ''. Henceforth, I shall be known as Shahina Hussain for all purposes.
