By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate, Mahanga on the 15th February 2024, I, Himanshu Sekhar Mallik, son of Surendra Kumar Mallik, Village Haribhaktapur, P.O. Lalitagiri, P.S. Mahanga, Dist. Cuttack, State Odisha declare that, I have changed my name from "Hiamnshu Sekhar Mallik " to "Himanshu Sekhar Mallik''. Henceforth, I shall be known as Himanshu Sekhar Mallik for all purposes.
