NOTICE
The Notice is hereby given that the partnership named M/s Pradhan Industries was originally registered with IGR, Odisha, Cuttack vide Registration No. 514/1976, dated the 14th October 1976 and latest reconstituted on the 24th December 2016 and registered on the 28th April 2018 in File No. XV-786/17 Regd. off at Telenga Bazar, Cuttack-753009, with Mr. Sibananda Pradhan, Mr. Sidhartha Pradhan, Mr. Sunandan Pradhan all are S/o of Dr. Madan Mohan Pradhan and Mr. Subhananda Pradhan, S/o Late Sabyasachi Pradhan all are residing at Telenga Bazar, Cuttack- 753009, were continued as partners of the firm. The said partnership deed was reconstituted on the 6th November 2023 due to the appointment/joining of new partners such as Mr. Shantesh Gureddi, S/o Late Shivashankar Mallapa Gureddi and Mrs. Jyothi S. Gureddi, W/o Mr. Shantesh Gureddi, resident of 516/4,10th Cross RMV Extension, Sadashiv Nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka- 560080. Hence, there are six partners after present reconstitution such as Mr. Sibananda Pradhan, Mr. Sidhartha Pradhan, Mr. Sunandan Pradhan, Mr. Subhananda Pradhan, Mr. Shantesh Gureddi and Mrs. Jyothi S. Gureddi are the continuing partners of the said firm named M/s. Pradhan Industries Regd. off at Telenga Bazar, Cuttack-753009.
