By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate, Udit Nagar, Rourkela on the 8th November 2023, I, Laxman Dhanwar, son of Basudev Dhanwar, Vill. Patrapali, P.O. Ajikela, P.S. Bisra, Dist. Sundergarh, Odisha, declare that, I have changed my name from "Lauda Dhanwar '' to "Laxman Dhanwar''. Henceforth, I shall be known as Laxman Dhanwar for all purposes.
