By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate, BBSR on the 22nd February 2024, I, Gajanan Biswal, S/o Madhu Biswal, At Sukutapali, P.O. Manapada, P.S. Attabira, Dist. Bargarh, PIN-768027, Odisha declare that, I have changed my daughter's name from "Riddhi Biswal'' to "Riyasha Biswal''. Henceforth, my daughter Riddhi Biswal shall be known as Riyasha Biswal for all purposes.
