By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate, Bhubaneswar on the 21st February 2024, I, Jansy Vempliath Joseph, D/o V. U. Joseph resident of Plot # 469/470, Unit-9, Bhoi Nagar, P.S. Kharavela Nagar, Bhubaneswar-751022, have changed my name from "Sister Linette'' to "Jansy Vempliath Joseph''. Henceforth, I shall be known as Jansy Vempliath Joseph for all purposes.
