By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate, Bhubaneswar on the 23rd February 2024, I, Dhananjay Nayak, Address HIG 170, K6, Kalinga Vihar, Bhubaneswar-751019 have changed my name from "Dhanurjaya Nayak'' to "Dhananjay Nayak''. Henceforth, I shall be known as Dhananjay Nayak for all purposes.
