NOTICE
The partnership firm named as M/s. Serene Food Ingriedents with the partners (1) Nirmal Chandra Dhal, (2) Srinivasa Rao Damuluri, (3) Prasad Babu Annangi, (4) Ravi Kumar Adapala, (5) Neeraja Movva, (6) Vanaja Dewanand Gharde, (7) Aleti Sudeer, (8) Kasturi Ranga, (9) Diddikadi Aruna Kumari, (10) Moningi Salini, (11) Avdhesh Kumari constituted through partnership deed dated the 10th January 2023 which was registered in IGR, Odisha vide Regd. No. 220202300330 of 2023, dated the 14th March 2023. As Shashi Kishor Pankaj and Nrusimha Nath Misra have been introduced in the said partnership firm as partners upon retirement of Avdhesh Kumari through reconstituted deed dated the 15th February 2024. The business henceforth will be carried on by the firm by Nirmal Chandra Dhal, Srinivasa Rao Damuluri, Prasad Babu Annangi, Ravi Kumar Adapala, Neeraja Movva, Vanaja Dewanand, Aleti Sudeer, Kasturi Ranga, Diddikadi Aruna Kumari, Moningi Salini, Shashi Kishor Pankaj and Nrusimha Nath Misra.
Hence, it is declared that Avdhesh Kumari has been retired from the partnership firm and Shashi Kishor Pankaj and Nrusimha Nath Misra have been introduced in the said partnership firm as partners with effect from the 15th February 2024.
