NOTIFICATION

S.R.O. No. 322/2024(cid:650)In exercise of powers conferred in clause (g) of Section (3) of RFCTLAR&R Act, 2013, the State Government do hereby designate Sri Sahebram Baskey, OAS-A(JB), Deputy Collector, Collectorate, Jajpur to act as Land Acquisition Officer(Civil), Collectorate, Jajpur and to perform the functions of LA Collector in the district of Jajpur under the said Act in addition to his own duties with immediate effect until further orders.
The previous order designating Sri Ranjan Kumar Singh, ORS, Assistant Collector, Collectorate, Jajpur as LA Collector by this Department Notification No. 6495/R&DM, dated 17.02.2023 is hereby withdrawn.
