By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public, Bhubaneswar on the 2nd March 2024, I, Lilabati Pradhan, Vill. Giringo, P.O. Balipatna, P.S. Balipatna, Dist. Khurda, Odisha, PIN- 752102 have changed my name from "Linu Pradhan'' to "Lilabati Pradhan''. Henceforth, I shall be known as Lilabati Pradhan for all purposes.
