By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate, Chilika on the 2nd February 2024, I, Gagan Pradhan, S/o Dhushasan Pradhan, Vill. Kharibandha, P.O. Badakul, P.S. Balugaon, Dist. Khordha, Odisha declare that, I have changed my name from "Dipak Pradhan'' to "Gagan Pradhan''. Henceforth, I shall be known as Gagan Pradhan for all purposes.
