By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public, Cuttack on the 28th March 2024, I, Saahil Guptaa, S/o Shri Shankar Gupta, permanent resident of Sahebzada Bazar, Bhasakosh Lane, Nimchouri, Cuttack-753002, Odisha, have changed my name/surname from "Sahil Gupta'' to "Saahil Guptaa''. Henceforth, I shall be known as Saahil Guptaa for all purposes.
