NOTIFICATION
The 30th May 2024
S.R.O. No. 333/2024 —Shri Prabhuram Das Adhikari, Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Basudevpur, whose service have been placed at the disposal of Labour & E.S.I. Department by Hon'ble High Court, Orissa, Cuttack vide their Letter No. 8278, dated the 20th May 2024, is hereby appointed as Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Jeypore, Dist. Koraput.
The period of deputation of Shri Adhikari, Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), O.S.J.S. shall not ordinarily exceed three years from the date he joins in the said post.
Further, in exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 7 (A) of ID Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), Shri Prabhuram Das Adhikari, Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.) is authorized to act as Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Jeypore, Dist. Koraput.
