By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrative, Balasore, on the 23rd April 2024, I, Pritisri Sahoo, D/o Pradeep Parida, At Angargadia, Dist. Balasore, have changed my surname from "Sahoo '' to "Parida''. Henceforth, I shall be known as Pritisri Parida for all purposes.
