By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public, Cuttack on the 28th February 2024, I, Megha Bagria, daughter of Mahesh Kumar Agarwal and wife of Jiteen Bagria, At Naidu Colony, Biswa Hindu Parishad, Jobra, Canal Road, P.O. College Square, P.S. Malgodown, Town & Dist. Cuttack-753003, Odisha, have changed my name/surname from "Juli Agarwal'' to "Megha Bagria''. Henceforth, I shall be known as Megha Bagria for all purposes.
