No. 103, dated the 3rd April 2024, I, Mitarani Behera, W/o Laxmidhar Behera, resident of At Plot No. 2033, Kaibarta Sahi, Old Town, Near Durga Mandap, P.O. Bhubaneswar-2, P.S. Shree Lingaraj, Bhubaneswar, Dist. Khordha, Odisha, declare that , I have changed my name from "Tulasi Behera'' to "Mitarani Behera''. Henceforth, I shall be known as Mitarani Behera for all purposes.
