NOTIFICATION
The 12th August 2024
No. 2034/SEC(cid:582)Whereas casual vacancies have occurred in the Office of President of Kendrapara Zilla Parishad due to resignation of President as reported by the Collector, Kendrapara vide his letter No. 636 dtd.30.04.2024.
Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred under Article 243 K of the Constitution of India and Rule 61 of Orissa Zilla Parishad Rules, 1994, the State Election Commission is to order that by-election shall be held to fill up the aforesaid vacancies as per the Programme indicated in the Schedule below:
