NOTIFICATION
The 12th August 2024
No. 22829—FIN-OFS2-CADRE-0011/2023-F.—The following three officers were appointed to OFS-I(JB) vide Finance Department Notification No. 33208/F, dated the 5th December 2023 and their services were placed at the disposal of Director, Madhusudan Das Regional Academy of Financial Management (MDRAFM), Bhubaneswar for undergoing induction training :—
1. Bishnu Prasad Sahoo (Sl. No. 46)
2. Palaka Rabindro (Sl. No. 85)
3. Debasish Patra (Sl. No.88)
However, they did not join the training institute for induction training within 6 months from the date of issue of offer of appointment.
Para. 3 of the OM No. 26540/Gen, dated the 20th September 2019 reads as follows :
"If even after the extension(s), if any, granted by the competent authority, a candidate does not join within the extended time (which shall not exceed six months) the order of appointment will lapse automatically after expiring of six months from the date of issue of the original offer of appointment.''
In view of the above, appointment of the above-mentioned three officers to OFS-I(JB) is hereby cancelled.
