NOTICE
The deed of partnership has been executed on the 28th April 2015. At that time Shaikh Parwej Ali and Hasibur Rahman were the partners of the partnership firm, namely as Fab Fashion vide Regd. No. 1233/2017, dated the 24th October 2017 whose head office is situated at Sirajuddin Chowk, P.O. Keonjhar, P.S. Town, Dist. Keonjhar, Odisha-758001 on the 24th October 2017. The deed has been reconstituted. At that time Shaikh Parwej Ali and Hasibur Rahman were the partner of the firm, this time Shaikh Parwej Ali was the retire partner and Rizwana Bano, incoming partners.
Again the deed has been reconstituted on the 10th April 2023.
Hence, The reconstitution partnership deed has been made as :—
1. Hasibur Rahman . . Is the existing partner since beginning
2. Shaikh Parwej Ali . . Is the retired partner with effect from the
10th April 2023
3. Rizwana Bano . . Is the incoming partner with effect from the
10th April 2023
