By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate, Niali on the 7th February 2024, I, Arjun Bastia, S/o Banambar Bastia, At/P.O. Kapasi, P.S. Niali, Dist. Cuttack, Odisha, PIN-754004, declare that, I have changed my name from "Dusasan Bastia'' to "Arjun Bastia''.
Henceforth, I shall be known as Arjun Bastia for all purposes.
