NOTIFICATION

No. 3883—COM-PORT-PD-0058/2018-COm—Government has been pleased to approve the proposal for the transfer of 95% equity shares in Gopalpur Ports Limited i.e 56% from Shapoorji Pallonji Port Maintenance Private Limited and 39% from Orissa Stevedores Limited (OSL) to Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (APSEZ) and signing of Revised Concession Agreement, in order to ensure that such change is not going to affect the very purpose and objective of the consortium which it intends to achieve for completion and development of the Port Project. The Odisha Maritime Board (OMB) will review the implementation of the Business Plan submitted by the APSEZ at regular intervals and take necessary action. The OMB shall also oversee that quality services are provided to all users by the Gopalpur Ports Limited.
