No. 7034—MSME-FE-FE-0016/2024-MS& ME.—After careful consideration of the voluntary retirement notice, dated the 17th September 2024 of Shri Akshaya Kumar Mohanty, OIS (Group-B), Assistant Industries Officer, Directorate of Industries, Odisha, Cuttack, Government have been pleased to allow him to retire from Government service voluntarily with effect from the 16th December 2024 (A.N.) on personal ground in pursuance of Rule 42 of O. C. S. (Pension) Rules, 1992.
Consequent upon his voluntary retirement, he will be entitled to all retirement benefits as per provisions contained under O.C.S. (Pension) Rules, 1992.
