No. 4901—IT-IT5-INSTIT-0001/2014-E&IT.—In exercise of the powers under Section 17 (1), Chapter-IV of the International Institute of Information Technology, Bhubaneswar Act, 2013, the State Government have been pleased to constitute Board of Governors for the IIIT University, Bhubaneswar in the State of Odisha consisting of the following members. It shall come into force with immediate effect :—

Member- Secretary As per Section 17 (2) of the IIIT Act, 2013—The term of office of the Chairman and other members other than the ex officio members of the Board shall be three years from the date of his nomination and they shall be eligible for reappointment for the next consecutive term.
As per Section 17 (3) of the IIIT Act, 2013—The members of the Board other than the ex officio members shall be entitled to such allowances from the institute as may be prescribed.
