NOTIFICATION
The 28th November 2024
No.14110—ENG-RR-OERC-0009/2018-En.—In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 85 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Act 36 of 2003) and in supersession to this Department Notification No. 11115, dated the 25th September 2024, the State Government do hereby constitute a Selection Committee consisting of the following to recommend a panel of two persons for appointment as Chairperson in the Odisha Electricity Regulatory Commission (OERC) :—
1 Hon'ble Dr. Justice A. K. Rath . . Chairperson (Former Judge of the High Court of Orissa)
2 The Chief Secretary, Government of Odisha . . Member
3 The Chairperson, Central Electricity . . Member
Regulatory Commission
The previous Selection Committee constituted vide this Department Notification No. 11115, dated the 25th September 2024 stands dissolved.
