RESOLUTION
The 13th January 2025
SUBJECT—Creation of 3 (three) posts of Assistant Engineers (Civil) and 3 (three) posts of Junior Engineers (Civil) in Vigilance Organisation under G.A. (Vigilance) Department to be filled in from Odisha Diploma Engineering Service Cadre to be encadred and operated under Department of Water Resources and Housing & Urban Development Department.
The creation of posts of Assistant Engineers (Civil) and Junior Engineers (Civil) in the Vigilance Organisation under G.A. (Vigilance) Department was under active consideration of Government for some time past.
After careful consideration, Government have been pleased to create 3 (three) posts of Assistant Engineer (Civil) in Level-10 and 3 (three) posts of Junior Engineer (Civil) in Level-9 in Vigilance Organisation under G.A. (Vigilance) Department as under :—

1 (one) No. of post to be To be filled in from the Odisha encadred under Housing Diploma Engineers' Service
& Urban Development (PH) Cadre operating under Department. H.&U.D. Department.

This has been concurred in by G.A. & P.G. Department, Finance Department and Department of Water Resources and Housing Urban Development Department in File No. Fin- GS2-ESTT- 0011-2022, File No. WR-FEII-MISC-002-2024, File No. HUD-PHE-HR-0204-2024 and OSWAS File No. DGVIG-ESTT-PROP-0010-2022 of G.A. (Vigilance) Department.
ORDER—Ordered that this resolution shall be published in the Extraordinary issue of the Odisha Gazette and copies thereof be forwarded to all Departments of Government/ all Heads of Department/ A.G. (A&E), Odisha, Bhubaneswar/ A.G. (Audit) Odisha, Bhubaneswar/ Secretary, O.P.S.C., Cuttack/ Secretary, O.S.S.C., Bhubaneswar.
