S.R.O. No. 116/2025(cid:650)In exercise of powers conferred under clause (g) of Section 3 of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013, the State Government do hereby declare Sri Pabitra Kumar Samal, OAS- A(JB), Deputy Collector, Collectorate, Kalahandi to act as Land Acquisition Officer, L.A. Section, Collectorate, Kalahandi and to perform the functions of LA Collector with immediate effect under the said Act in the District of Kalahandi in addition to his own duties until further orders.
Any previous order issued in this regard is here by withdrawn.
