ORDER
The 1st February 2025
No. 825—MSME-FE-FE-0026/2015-MS&ME.—In pursuance of judgement dated the 6th January 2025 pronounced by the Hon'ble High Court of Orissa in W.P. (C) No. 31236 of 2023 filed by Bhupendra Kumar Mohanty-Vrs.-State of Odisha & others, this Department Office Order No. 5825/MS&ME, dated the 11th August 2023 is hereby withdrawn.
Consequent upon such withdrawal, Shri Bhupendra Kumar Mohanty is reinstated in the service with all consequential service benefits with effect from the 1st October 2023. He is also entitled to get all the financial benefits including arrear of salary accordingly.
