No. 2859—FE-WL-WLF-0050/2024-FE&CC.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (g) of sub-section (4) of Section 329 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (46 of 2023), the State Government hereby specifies—
1. Project Co-ordinator
2. Co-Project Co-ordinator
3. Project Scientist
4. Senior Project Associate
of the Center for Wildlife Health under Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology, Bhubaneswar, as Government scientific experts for the purpose of Section 329 of the said Act with immediate effect.
