The 20th March 2025
No. 684/SEC(cid:582)Whereas the Collector, Ganjam has submitted the proposal for by-election to the office of Panchayat Samiti Member, Dhumuchhai Gram Panchayat under Bellguntha Panchayat Samiti due to death of former Member;
Whereas the State Election Commission, Odisha has completed the revision of Electoral Rolls of the said G.P taking into the Assembly Electoral Roll of 2025;
Now, therefore, the State Election Commission in exercise of powers conferred under Article 243-K of Constitution of India under Section 47 (1) of O.P.S Act, 1959 and Rule 46(1) of O.P.S.E Rules, 1991 orders that by-election shall be held in respect of the office of Panchayat Samiti Member as per the following programme.

The model code of conduct issued by the Commission will remain in force
