No. 2500—MSME-FE-FE-0022/2024-MS&ME.—Government, after careful consideration, have been pleased to create one (01) post of Assistant Director (Statistics)carries the scale of pay at Level-12 under ORSP Rules, 2017 in lieu of abolition of one vacant post of Statistical Investigator carries the scale of pay at Level-10 under ORSP Rules, 2017 in the Directorate of Export, Promotion & Marketing (EP&M), Odisha, Bhubaneswar under the administrative control of M.S.& M.E. Department.

After such creation & abolition, the revised hierarchy of statistical wing in the Directorate of Export, Promotion & Marketing, Odisha, Bhubaneswar is as follows :—

2. The newly created post of Assistant Director (Statistics) at Level-12 under ORSP Rules, 2017 shall be filled up by way of promotion from the post of Statistical Investigator at Level-10 of theDirectorate of Export, Promotion & Marketing, Odisha after completion of 03 (three) years of continuous regular services by the incumbents in the post of Statistical Investigator. 2 3. The post of Statistical Investigator at Level-10 under ORSP Rules, 2017 shall be filled up by way of promotion from the post of Statistical Assistant at Level-09 of the Directorate of Export, Promotion & Marketing, Odisha after completion of 03 (three) years of continuous regular services by the incumbents in the post of Statistical Assistant.

4. The post of Statistical Assistant at Level-09 shall be filled up by way of Direct Recruitment through OSSC following the relevant recruitment rules and ORV Acts & Rules in force.

5. This has been concurred in by Finance Department in M.S.& M.E. Department OSWAS File No. MSME-FE-FE-0022-2024.

6. This Notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its issue.
