No. 731/SEC(cid:582)Whereas casual vacancy has occurred in the Office of Vice-President of Kendrapara Zilla Parishad due to resignation of former Vice-President as reported by the Collector, Kendrapara.
Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred under Article 243 K of the Constitution of India and Rule 61 of Odisha Zilla Parishad Election Rules, 1994, the State Election Commission is pleased to order that by-election shall be held to fill up the aforesaid vacancy as per the Programme indicated in the Schedule below:
