RESOLUTION
The 27th March 2025
SUBJECT—Constitution of dedicated Task Force to address issues related to major projects.
In order to accelerate the momentum of industrialization in the State, the Government, after careful consideration, have been pleased to establish a Task Force under the Chairpersonship of Chief Secretary, Odisha to address various issues related to major projects with the following members :—

17. Managing Director, IPICOL . . Member- Secretary Terms of Reference for the Task Force :
1. The Task Force will regularly review the status of major projects of the State and facilitate co-ordination between various Departments for resolution of issues/bottlenecks related to Mining, Industries, Energy, Water Resources, Highways, Mobile Connectivity etc. covered under Project Monitoring Group (PMG) and PRAGATI.
2. The Task Force shall meet once in every month on the Third Saturday to review & resolve issues of such projects of the State.
3. IPICOL; being the Nodal Agency shall maintain an integrated system and Dashboard to facilitate monitoring and ensure regular meeting of the Task Force.
