NOTIFICATION
The 16th April 2025
No. 4311—GOV-HE-UX-0016/2020-SG(HE).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (8) of Section 6 of Odisha Universities Act, 1989, the Hon'ble Chancellor, Rajendra University, Balangir has been pleased to extend the tenure of Prof. Umaballava Mohapatra, Vice-Chancellor, Rajendra University, Balangir, for a period of six months from the date of completion of his tenure or till joining of the new Vice-Chancellor in Rajendra University, Balangir on regular basis or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Such extension of tenure is accorded with a stipulation that no policy decision shall be taken during the extended period without prior approval of Hon'ble Chancellor.
