Cuttack Development Authority, in exercise of the power conferred on it under Section 23(1) of the Orissa Development Authority Act, 1982; declares its intention vide Authority Resolution No. 10/139 dated 18.12.2024 to include more area in the Town Planning Scheme No – 01/2025 accordingly for mouzas (part) RatagarhlenkaSahi&Chandiprasad (BarangTensil) has been taken which is under the Development area of Cuttack Development Authority, Cuttack.

Details of the areas proposed to be covered under this Town Planning Scheme are as follows:

1. Town Planning Scheme No. 01/2025 for mouzas (part) RatagarhlenkaSahi and Chandiprasad of Barang Tehsil will be prepared over an area of approximately 469 acres of land.

2. Town Planning Scheme No. 01/2025 for mouzas (part) RatagarhlenkaSahi and Chandiprasad bounded by (part/full plot numbers as the case may be) :

a. North : Starting from East to West side bounded by Puri Main Canal.

b. South : South East Coast Railway & 100feet wide proposed CDP road.

c. East : Starting from North to South side bounded by the South East Coast

Railway line on the west &Puri canal in the East.

d. West : Starting from South to North bounded by the South East Coast Railway

line.

Any person interested may visit/ inspect the plan (map) showing the area detail plot no. proposed to be included in the Town Planning Scheme covered by the aforesaid declaration during the office hours on all working days in the head office of the Cuttack Development Authority at Arunodaya Market, Link Road, Cuttack-753012. A copy of the proposed intention boundary map is uploaded in the CDA website i.e. https://cdacuttack.nic.in/.
