NOTIFICATION
The 25th April 2025
S.R.O. No. 308/2025(cid:650)In exercise of powers conferred in clause (g) of Section (3) of RFCTLAR&R Act, 2013, the State Government do hereby designate Sri Sitangsu Sekhar Das, OAS-I (JB), Deputy Collector, Collectorate, Balasore to act as Land Acquisition Officer, Balasore and to perform the functions of LA Collector under the said Act in addition to his own duties with immediate effect until further orders.
The previous order designating Sri Rakesh Kumar Panda, OAS-I (JB), Deputy Collector, Collectorate, Balasore as LA Collector by this Department Notification No. 8670/R&DM, dated 05.03.2025 is hereby withdrawn.
