The notice is hereby given that the partnership named M/s Bhubaneswar Properties & Developers was originally registered with IGR, Odisha, Cuttack vide Registration No. 232/2009, dated the 27th June 2009 with partners named Mr. Amiya Ranjan Badajena, Mr. Dillip Ranjan Badajena, both are S/o Bishnu Charan Badajena, Mrs. Pabitra Manjari Badajena, D/o Kalandi Charan Narendra and Mrs. Rajashree Baliarsingh, D/o Gangadhar Baliarsingh, all are residing at Kapil Prasad, P.O. Old Town, P.S. Airfield, Bhubaneswar- 751002, reconstituted on the 1st April 2016 by retirement of 1st and 4th partner named Mr. Amiya Ranjan Badajena and Mrs. Rajashree Baliarsingh. Further the said partnership was reconstituted on dated the 2nd August 2022 due to Appointment/ Joining of Mr. Abinash Satapathy, S/o Arun Kumar Satapathy, residing at Vaishnomata Vihar, Phase-I, Block Royal Castle, Flat No. 201, Bhubaneswar-751002 and Removal/ Retiering of Late Pabitra Manjari Badajena due to her Death. The Continuing Partners of the said firm named M/s Bhubaneswar Properties & Developers Regd. Off. at Plot No.1288, Kapil Prasad, P.O. Sundarpada, Bhubaneswar, Odisha-75100, are Mr. Dillip Ranjan Badajena and Mr. Abinash Satapathy.
