the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives at 11.00 a.m. Tenders received after the due date and time will be rejected.
5. The tenderers should deposit an earnest money deposit of ` 250 (Rupees two hundred and fifty only) in cash to the Cashier at the time of submitting the sealed tenders. The earnest money deposit amount will be refunded to the unsuccessful tenderers after finalisation of the tenders.
6. If the tender opening day happens to be a public holiday, the same will be opened on the next working day. Any incomplete tender received is liable for rejection.
